The Asian Association of Social Psychology (AASP) has announced their upcoming convention and summer school in Cebu, The Philippines. The Summer School will be run from August 15-19, 2015 and the Convention from August 19-22, 2015.
For details, see http://papconvention.org (or if you prefer a video, go to AASP 2015 Conference). For the conference, the deadline for abstract submission is January 30, 2015.
For the Summer School, SASP and AASP have an exchange agreement whereby two student SASP members are guaranteed places in the AASP Summer School, on the condition that they also attend the AASP conference. SASP has generously agreed to provide financial support (up to 750 Australian dollars per student) to help the selected students attend the Summer School if they do not have sufficient funding from other sources. For more information about the Summer School, please see this flyer and go to http://papconvention.org/summer-school.html.
To apply for the SASP-supported places, there is a SASP application (click this link to download the file), which needs to be submitted by January 30, 2015. The applicants will be selected by the SASP President and notified in time to complete official registration for the Summer School by the AASP deadline (March 15, 2015).
If you have any queries about the conference and summer school program, please contact the organisers through the above website. If you have any queries about the SASP-AASP exchange, please contact Paul Bain ().
