Joel Anderson (Australian Catholic University) and Elise Holland (University of Melbourne) are editing a special editions of Sensoria (formerly the electronic journal of applied psychology).

This special edition of will focus on the social categories of gender and sexual orientation in combination, and consider how this affects a variety of psychological outcomes.

We are making a call for papers, and encourage the contribution of novel experimental studies and innovative methodologies, including research from an interdisciplinary perspective. We will also consider pilot empirical data, student papers, null findings and unexpected results if they contribute meaningfully to the literature. Authors may also consider reframing existing or published papers by emphasising the possible application of their findings.

Sensoria is indexed in many popular academic databases including EBSCOhost, PubMed, and PsychINFO, has a stable ISSN.
