Conference registration
Early bird conference registration fees are $430 for academics, $330 for postdocs, and $250 for post graduate and honours students who are members of SASP. Retired members of SASP are also eligible for the reduced registration fee of $250.
For non-members, early bird conference registration fees are $530 for academics, $430 for postdocs, and $300 for post graduate and honours students (i.e., the amount of a 1-year membership to SASP). You can become a member here and then register as a SASP member for the reduced price.
The early bird registration deadline is 1st October, 2026. Conference attendees have access to discounted room bookings at Chateau.
The Conference and Postgraduate Dinners
The conference dinner is a flat $70 for all attendees, and will be held directly at the conference venue on 27th November (Day 2). The Postgraduate will be $30 per student on 26th November (Day 1), and details on venue and cuisine will be released closer to the date.
