Two Postdoctoral / Research Fellow (Academic Level B) opportunities at the Australian National University as part of a major collaborative project between ANU and the Australian Government Department of Defence have been announced.

Position 1: Research Fellow (Personality Measurement)

Position 2: Research Fellow (Computational Personality & Culture)
Ideal for candidates with a computer science, data science, or computational modelling background with an interest in personality and cross-cultural measurement.

These roles involve:
- Developing and validating personality measures across diverse global populations
- Contributing to psychometric evaluation of the HEXACO model and Schwartz’s values
- Working with large-scale international datasets
- Collaborating with computer science colleagues on novel assessment techniques using unstructured text
- Liaising with government and international partners
