We are pleased to invite you to participate in the inaugural Conference on Social Identity and Leadership and Followership (ICSILF) scheduled for 20 May 2025 in Prague (Praha).
This event aims to be an inclusive and transdisciplinary meeting ground for researchers and practitioners interested in exploring the intersections of social identity, leadership, and followership. We welcome participants across all academic levels and disciplines, including all fields of psychology (e.g., social, political, organisational, sport, health, community) and any other disciplines (e.g., sport, economics, political science, health) who have an interest in social identity and leadership and followership. We are pleased to announce Steve Reicher and Tegan Cruwys as keynote speakers for the meeting. The program will include short (5-minute ‘blitz’) presentations and ample opportunities for discussion-based activities to facilitate exchange and collaboration.
