Researcher position at the Law and Justice Foundation of NSW

The Law and Justice Foundation of NSW is currently recruiting for a Researcher. This position would be well-suited to a recent PhD or Masters graduate, or an early-career researcher looking to apply their skills in a meaningful, applied research context.

The Foundation’s work is diverse and engaging, exploring a wide range of intersectional social, health, and economic inequalities, and how these relate to inequities in access to justice. Applications from candidates who are passionate about using research to inform policy and improve systems and services for communities experiencing disadvantage are encouraged.

This role offers the chance to apply your quantitative, qualitative, and/or mixed methods skills to generate evidence that supports justice reform. It comes with a truly flexible and hybrid work environment, including bonus paid recognition leave (full pay during the annual Christmas–New Year shutdown). The role is full-time (35 hours/week), with part-time arrangements considered, and offers a salary of $105,000–$120,000 + super, depending on experience and qualifications.

Please feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues, students, or networks who may be interested.
