| Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin (PSPB) is seeking nominations and self-nominations for Associate Editors to join the incoming editorial team, which will run from January 2025 to December 2028. Please feel free to nominate yourself or qualified colleagues. We are currently seeking candidates for all areas in social-personality psychology (e.g., stereotypes and prejudice, intergroup relations, attitudes/cognition and behavior, ideology, morality, social identity, self, personality, culture, social influence, motivation and emotion, interpersonal behavior, organizational behavior, relationships, etc.). PSPB is committed to promoting inclusive excellence in the editorial and review process. To accomplish this goal, we are building an editorial team that includes diverse voices. We strongly encourage nominations of individuals from regions of the world and with identities that are underrepresented in social and personality psychology. Your email should provide a brief (one-page) statement of interest and experience (in reviewing and/or editing) and a Curriculum Vitae (CV). The process is confidential and all materials will be deleted afterward. Associate Editors are typically faculty members with tenure, although exceptions are sometimes made. The full-time Associate Editor load tends to be 40 papers per year but 25% or 50% appointments will also be considered. The yearly stipend for the full-time AE position is $6,000, pending budgetary approval, and will be pro-rated for part-time appointments. Associate Editors receive training in many aspects of serving on the editorial team (including publishing ethics, work management, open science considerations, conflicts of interest). Serving as an Associate Editor is a good way to serve the field, promote good scientific values, and learn more about the field of social-personality psychology as well as the editorial process. Associate Editors will be credited/listed in both online and print versions of the journal. Decisions will be made by consensus of the senior editorial staff and subject to the approval of the Promoting Inclusive Excellence in Publications Committee of SPSP.
