The costings here based on the breakdown below.
Conference registration fees (which includes all catering and a welcome cocktail event on Thursday night) are:
- Academic Member = $395
- Academic Non-Member = $495
- PhD Student Member = $295
- PhD Student Non-Member = $345
- Honours student = $90
The Gala Celebration dinner – will be held on Saturday night at the Freemasons Great Hall. The cost is an all-inclusive $100/pp for a 3 course meal, plus canapes on arrival and four hour drink package. We are delighted to be partnering with not-for-profit Café Outside the Square who will cater the event.
The Postgraduate Dinner – will be held on Friday night at Lady Burra Brewhouse. $35/pp covers the cost of your food and a drink on arrival.

Costs for non members are higher by the amount of a 1-year membership to SASP, so please consider becoming a member here and then purchasing a cheaper option.
